
Chris's Security Camera Installs covers all system labor with a Free No Worry 30 Day Warranty from the initial time of install. This warranty period covers in detail Networking Issues if initially setup to a network at the time of installation for mobile viewing, Camera Outages, DVR Outages, and DVR/NVR not recording video. This 30 Day warranty does not cover in detail adjusting of camera viewing after initial setup of views have been agreed upon during installation, Backing up recordings from the DVR/NVR to a External Hard drive or thumb drive disk, or reteaching the use of the system to the customer as during intinal setup this will be covered fully with customer for understanding of there new equipment. We are always willing to assist customers free of charge with there system by answering any questions via email, text or telephone.
Service Calls outside the 30 Day covered warranty period will result in a $100.00 Service Call Fee for every occurrence within 20 miles of our location. Please call us if you are located further than 20 miles away from zip code 75104 to deliberate trip charge pricing associated with milage over 20 miles. Service Call fee is to have Cscinstalls come out to your location and diagnose your security camera or lighting system issue only as final pricing will be determined by the system issues and what labor is associated to get the system back in an operational state.

Chris's Security Camera Installs offers tech support for most surveillance systems, although most issues can be resolved by calling the manufacture of your product. The manufacture is the only person who can help with recovering locked out DVR/NVR settings from misplacement of system password. If your system is connected into your internet router for mobile viewing and it has stopped functioning on your mobile device, please call your company manufacture as in most cases they can walk you through the procedure to get the cameras back online.
